Our Fremont office is located in the fun and beautiful Fremont neighborhood, at 3417 Evanston Ave N, Suite 222.
There is plenty of parking for bikes and cars on the streets around my office.
Appointments in Fremont are available Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Our Bellevue office is a short drive from Overlake Hospital and Children’s Campus in Bellevue. There is plenty of free parking at the office.
Bellevue appointments are available on Saturdays. Please contact me directly to schedule for Bellevue, instead of using the online schedule.
